Spanos Group supplied and installed a new ECOBATCH®-MOBITECH 80 to DENIS BETON.
The batching plant has been installed in Farsala, Thessaly, and will support the large-scale restoration of the railway network that was severely damaged by Storm Daniel in September 2023, as part of the project undertaken by METKA.
The ECOBATCH®-MOBITECH 80 belongs to SPANOS Group’s innovative ECOBATCH range, designed for increased productivity, energy efficiency and reliable operation.
Its mobile, compact design enables rapid installation and relocation close to the jobsite, minimizing logistics costs and start-up time.
METKA’s railway restoration project in Thessaly is a critical infrastructure initiative, focusing on rebuilding and upgrading key sections of the national rail network that were heavily impacted by extreme weather events.
By partnering with DENIS BETON and supporting METKA’s works in Farsala, SPANOS Group contributes actively to the reconstruction of Thessaly’s critical transport infrastructure and the recovery of local communities—delivering modern concrete production solutions where they matter most.
